A 10-session programme that includes 5 individual health coaching consultations (detailed below), and incorporates either individual 5 session CBTi package (£1900) or joining a group 5 session CBTi package (£1500)
5 individual Health Coaching sessions up to 50 minutes each:

- Full medical history
- Sleep assessment
- Establishing causative factors of sleep problems
- Recommendations, investigations and referrals if necessary
- Personalised management plan
- Medical consultation
- Review medical history and medications in detail including sleeping medications
- Physical assessment
- Discussion of health concerns
- Treatment options
- Review of any investigations advised in initial consultation
- Psychological consultation
- Detailed mental health history
- Addressing anxiety, depression, stress and relationship related issues
- Work related concerns or issues and impact on sleep
- Recommendations and mental health management strategies
- Nutritional consultation
- Diet history
- Education of healthy eating
- Nutritional plan incorporating foods to facilitate sleep, mood and energy
- Sleep diet plan
- Physical fitness consultation
- Movement, posture, ergonomics and balance assessment
- Sleep positions for optimal sleep
- Exercise plan and recommendations
- Email support during 10 session programme
- 6 and 12 month follow up consultation
