Dr Arun Hansi is a NHS and private GP working within diverse socioeconomic and multicultural populations in London and rural areas in England since 2008. He graduated from King’s College London School of Medicine with a medical degree and a bachelor of science in aerospace physiology. He is driven by a desire to better understand the potential of the human mind and body and the way this is expressed in individuals.

Dr Hansi focuses attention on the commitment and will-power to get better, be better and change habits. He has an innate passion to help people recognise their full genetic potential, which he calls the ‘Olympian Complex’, and to help them prosper in health and happiness.

He is a behavioural sleep medicine specialist providing CBT therapy for insomnia and mental health expertise on men’s health and men’s perinatal health. His interests lie in muscular, movement and postural health, with focus on neck and back pain, managing the multifactorial and root causes.
A background in general practice with expertise in integrative and functional medicine, and behaviour change, enables him to bring a specialised role to Healthcure.

Additionally, Dr Hansi has qualifications in alcohol, drug misuse, addictions and in sexual and reproductive health. He is uniquely placed to address your short and long-term issues and goals.

Through experience of close friends and family with health problems, Dr Hansi wanted to create a unique service providing exemplary healthcare that would be fit to serve all. One that brings together a long-lasting relationship with a supportive Doctor reaching the cause of the problem.

Consequently, Dr Hansi is the founder and creator of Healthcure and Doctorsdiet which have one unifying aim of health creation, optimisation and performance.
